Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, custom-designed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
