We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, printing processes, and manufacturing, actual colors, sizing, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.

All product images are intended for illustrative purposes.

4. Mockup Images

The product images displayed throughout our website are digital mockups created to represent the final product.

Actual printed garments may differ slightly in:

  • Print placement

  • Print size

  • Color tones

  • Garment texture

  • Shirt color variations

  • Manufacturing tolerances

These minor differences are considered normal and are not considered product defects.

5. Pricing

We reserve the right to:

Prices shown at checkout are the final prices before applicable taxes and shipping charges.

6. Payment/Promo Terms

Payment is required in full before an order is processed.

We accept approved payment methods offered through our secure checkout provider.

PROMO TERMS: Promotional codes must be entered and successfully applied at checkout before the order is submitted. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous orders. Refunds, credits, or price adjustments will not be issued for promotional codes that were not entered or successfully applied at checkout.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless permitted at checkout or otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion. Local pickup/shipping promotions may be combined with an eligible merchandise promotion when permitted at checkout. Additional eligibility requirements, restrictions, usage limits, and expiration dates may apply.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Not Ashamed Apparel LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

  • Original artwork

  • Original graphics

  • Original product designs

  • Photographs

Not Ashamed Apparel LLC offers products featuring a combination of original product designs created by Not Ashamed Apparel LLC and artwork or design elements legally licensed from third-party designers and/or design marketplaces.

Original designs created by Not Ashamed Apparel LLC are the intellectual property of Not Ashamed Apparel LLC to the extent protected by applicable law and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Certain products may incorporate artwork or design elements used under valid commercial licenses. Not Ashamed Apparel LLC does not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted artwork. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in licensed artwork remain with their respective owners and are used in accordance with the applicable license terms.

The purchase of a product from Not Ashamed Apparel LLC does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
